Prime Buchholz Celebrates 20 Years
On October 27, 1988 Prime Buchholz was launched by two former college and university chief financial officers who were both visionaries and realists. Jon Prime and Jim Buchholz designed the firm so that its success would always be directly related to that of its clients. What was true in 1988 is true today: discipline, diversification, and long term strategic planning that puts clients’ goals first will always triumph over short-term market instabilities.
Over the past two decades, Prime Buchholz has grown from a firm of three employees and a handful of clients to become one of the nation’s leading independent investment consulting firms with more than 100 employees serving hundreds of client organizations. Our firm remains true to its roots, taking a partnership approach in preserving an open-ended service commitment to our clients—no matter what.
